Nice one TNRat... I see a theme developing.

Reminds me of Billy Connoly, went all over the world and took close up pics of famous landmarks to send to his Dad. Sahara sand, Sydney Harbour Bridge Girder, all cool pics, but coulda been anywhere. Loved it!

I've always loved the hammock hanging in the swamp photo from the HH site cos that little red boat, looks just like my original 10' Puffin sport kayak.

One of my early days of hanging was done up on that ridge. 9:00PM a wind came in and blew so hard I bounced all night long. The tarp was plastered against the hammock, but luckily held. I was also lucky it didn't rain or I'd have been soaked. I knew I should have set up back into the woods a little. Oddly enough, the guy I went with was someone I had just met through Backpacker Forum who watched with amazement from his tent. After that trip he bought a HH and is a hanger now as well
