    OK Sparrow. I thought you were saying there is more adjustment with the slap straps.

    Odds you're exactly right. I clip the fig 9 to loop and adjust with the 9.

    Funny you ask. I've only been using the 9 for a couple months but I did notice some slight fraying on the cord. Man is it convenient though. I'll have to keep an eye on it and switch to something else if it persists. I hope it doesn't. I really like the setup.

    Sorry. Wrong link. I've got the large ones. Still only a 150lb limit but no problems so far. Considering the possible fraying and load limit, I think I'll be switching soon. Too bad. I really like the convenience of the system and that has allowed me to overlook the possible peril of the load limit.
