So I'm nighttime oncall this week (starting tonight) and I had the day more or less off. Naturally, I was dinking around with my hammock in the back yard (more sag == better on the ENO DN, I think).
I has just hung up from a work call I had to make and was chilling out with a nice book when I heard a crash out front. Some passing driver had blasted into the side of my parked car and *seemed* to be on the cusp of deciding whether or not move along.
As it turned out no one was injured and my hammock-based lurking gave me an early heads-up on the situation. Could have been much worse.

Lucky you were there to catch them before they took off. I have witness a few accidents between cars and neighborhood houses where the people tried to just drive off. They broke their car to bad to do much though.
