hey let me tell you about the packing abilities of cooldays...i get to the campsite on the Stone Mountain trip and see a mountain of split firewood-had to be 40 pounds of wood there and no log splitter in sight. Cooldays had strapped it to his backpack and climbed the mountain with it
Now about those hiking poles--though long CF is light, the aluminum lining does add a bit but they are just slightly heavier than typical lekis.
