    Shenandoah vs. Stealth

Other than a .5 ounce and $20, whats the difference in these 2 quilts?

All other specs listed on the JRB site are the same otherwise...

Color - the Shenandoah is green, the Stealth is black.

Headhole - the Stealth has a headhole, to allow it to be worn as a serape.

Duh! I see the headhole notation now...

    About that green though...

Is that the original bright green that JRB used or is it the new olive??

All the JRB quilts are now Olive, except the Stealth.

I got a Shenandoah with an ounce of overstuff recently and love it for warm weather as an under quilt. (Thinking of another as a TQ for summer, but it still can get cool up here at night any month of the year.)

It is olive green on one side and black on the other. I think this is the best combination of colors I could wish for. The black facilitates sun drying.

Ok, think I'll be wishing for the Shenandoah! (or go thru the house and gear boxes to see what I can sell off to get a new quilt!!)
