Hehe, um... actually I got my mom to help. We started on opposite ends, by the time I had one side of the sticky-nylon that I used sewn into place, she was finished with the nylon and the loop, so I had her finish my end too.
I'm doing the same thing to the Chinook 12' x 9'6" tarp this weekend. I'm going to do either separate reviews or a "GG vs Chinook: budget tarp shootout" type review for CampTalk.net. It should be up in a few weeks.

Did something similar with the camo gear guide tarp to be used for motorcycle camping so weight was not really an issue but staying dry was, have since moved onto an OES and one of Scotts dreamer tarps so never use this thing much any more
