After seeing all the hype about the majestic hammock I thought that's a great thing to spend some of my tax return on, so pulled the trigger February 3rd and I assumed from all the hype they would be backed up and the website confirmed that with a 4 to 6 week lead time. Just over 5 weeks later I got it in the mail.
I shot a few emails checking on the status along the way and Kory was great, responsive and doubled checked things to make sure everything was perfect. Even asked my phone size for the side pockets. Great customer service.
I haven't had the chance to really test it but I did hang it on my deck right away to get a quick lay in it.

First impressions
- It's huge, so wide and very roomy. My main go to is my Dream Hammock sparrow made from 1.7 MTN XL, which is really wide fabric, I think 74" and this feels similar for space if not bigger.
- I prefer fabrics with less stretch and this is one of them, I'm a bigger guy so I don't like when my hammock safs a bunch when I get it and this was very firm.
- no shoulder squeeze at all, which I think is a combo of the with and fabric. I also had very little squeeze in my sparrow but this might of been slightly better.
- first bottom entry bug net I've used, a bit conflicted on that. On one hand being able to adjust my UQ without unzipping is great, getting in and out was easy. Putting on my UQ was not as easy as a negative and worried about gaps while I'm not in it but I can just chinch it up. I'll have more with real use.
- I need to fiddle with it, it has side pulls to prevent loose fabric on the sides and I need to play with those, as well as the adjustable ridgeline.
- side pockets are nice and on both sides, felt secure with the way he build the cover on them. Combine those with a ridgeline organizer will give me a ton of storage.
- No peak or foot loft is a bit of a downside but I'm sure I can add them in. I like to hold my stuffsacks in my foot loft so they don't get misplaced and I usually have my water bottle in my peak loft if it's not winter.
- My wookie that I use on my sparrow for on it just fine, 8 need to adjust the attachment a bit to center it better, to high on the head end and not low enough on my foot end, but that's easy.
Once I actually get out and out a few nights in it I'll follow up, but if anyone has any questions on it, or wants to see anything specific in can answer or take more pictures.
