Very cool looking! You aren't using the cover as a tarp too, are you? Also, what is going on with the red piece on the spreader bar end? Very nicely done!

Nope, the top is just suspended end to end, from a center ridge line, and drapes over both sides enough to stay down, loosely fitting over the pegs that stick out on the spreader bar ends. Not sure about out and out wind yet. The red is reflective tape in case I drop it in the snow. ( I know camo and reflective tape, makes no sense)

Nice design! Do you think it would work with a bugnet for summer use?
FYI: If you want to know what type a certain bear is, sneak up behind it and kick it. Then,
run like crazy and climb up a tree. If the bear climbs the tree and eats you, it's a black
bear. If the bear just pushes the tree over and eats you, it's a grizzly bear : )

Do not walk behind me, for I may not lead. Do not walk ahead of me, for I may not follow. Do not walk beside me, either, just leave me alone.

Yes, the bug net is still rolled up in the foot section of the Ridgerunner. The over cover has loops underneath to suspend the bug net normally, which I did in warmer weather.
