I found nothing by searching, so...

Why is Rip Stop by the Roll almost always sold out of PET Tape?
And where else can I find it?
Needed for seam sealing Dyneema dry bags.

I've done searches and found tapes like these but unless it states that it bonds to Dyneema, I'm pretty sure it won't.
