Thanks Onewind!
A big thank you to Onewind customer service! I know that the cottage vendors are often held in higher regard than Onewind on here but I would like to pass on my experience to the community as I feel that credit should be given where it is due.
I'm based in the UK and availability of cottage stuff is limited (and pricey!) I recently "upgraded" from a £20 amazon hammock to a Onewind airstream and its been great. However, on a recent outing I was daft enough to get in the hammock without properly unzipping the bug net and made a small tear.
I emailed Onewind, admitting user error and enquired about purchasing a replacement bug net as a standalone item. I received an immediate very friendly response and a promise to send out a new one free!
The replacement arrived promptly and I am now the owner of a brand new bug net and a (repaired by me) spare.
Credit where its due - this is excellent customer service!
Anyone considering Onewind - their product is, in my opinion, the best in its price point and the reassurance that their customer service matches the quality of the product
means I heartily recommend them!
