It's been years since I was last on here and did anything with other Hammock hangers.
Are there any groups or people still active on here from Western Washington?
Just looking for fun and other people to hang with. It can be by car, a short walk in, or a longer hike. I don't mind the snow or rain, just want to get out more often. I'm located about 30 miles north of Seattle, but I don't mind driving to meetups.
I've noticed the lack of any activity on this side, suppose everyone is hanging in their own small groups already (*something something Seattle freeze*).
I'd be interested in attending a hang but am organizing too many other things to put the energy in myself.
It would be cool even to get something in Idaho maybe. I'm willing to drive from the Salt Lake City area, but about a day's drive is all I can get time off for.
Check out the Yeti Hang, some of us head south for the snow.
I haven't been around in ages. Last hang I went to was in Moclips about a decade ago. Not sure if I will have any time for meetup this winter, or if I will even go camping at all.
