Hi all, T. here. I will be hosting a December 1,2,3, 2023 Hammock Hang at Da Shack in Central Wisconsin. All are welcome...

Directions to Da Shack

● For driving directions, use: 946 County Road T, Amherst Junction, WI 54407

● Directions will get you close to the destination - to Highway T. (Da Shack doesn't have an actual address.)

● If GPS coordinates are your cup of tea, then use these: 44.5447331, -89.2290409

● The entrance is RIGHT ACROSS from the Ice Age Trail - New Hope Segment trailhead.

● Turn onto the tractor path running alongside the field (shown in red).

● The third picture shows a mini "hammock" & stand. Tumbleweed usually places it at the tractor trail entrance.
● You will drive on the tractor path for *maybe* a quarter of a mile. Da Shack will be on your right.

● Tumbleweed created a car path (which isn't as steep as driving up the hill). This path is JUST to the left of a small grove of trees on the hill. If you have a car (which is low to the ground) it is recommended to use this path.

● We all park on the hill. There will be plenty of room.

No snow? No problem. We'll just rent snow-making machines from the Iola ski jump folks.

I have a knife with your logo.

I've never made it up, though I've been to Iola a few times. The company I work for operates an injection molding facility there. I think what you do for the community is awesome, Tumbleweed.
