NOTE: Someone just let me know that the water pump at Batona has been taken out of service.
They removed the handle to keep people from using it (it may have something to do with possible water contamination concerns).
So make sure to bring water, since we can't plan on it being available there.
I have to go to a wedding Friday but trying to get there Saturday afternoon. Fingers Crossed.
Since we’ve got a light crowd this year, we’ll play things by ear. I’ll have some plates and utensils but if anyone wants to bring any extra that’s cool.
NJRedneck and I will both be showing up after work instead of getting there early this year, so if you get there before us please don’t set up in site 4 as we’ll be using that as the group fire area (and we’ll probably hang there as well).
We can probably use whatever wood people bring for the first night and make a wood run the next day.
