The last I heard was she was in Franklin, NC in February, visiting some friends and she was going to hit the trail in a couple of weeks. That's all I've heard.
Running Feather told me about that, she had sent him a PM.

She was at the NOC at the same time that "Redhat" was there on March 26th. I read it in Redhat's trail journal that Diggs is having a great hike.
