    Has anyone seen this before?

    I thought it looked interesting. No way would I pay the price they want for it, but it looks to me as though the design is promising for a DIY. especially if you replaced that lower rail with cord or chain . . .

    I like some of the design and looks, but I would not pay that price either. I'm sure some will, or they would not be selling it.
    FWIW I bought a folding hammock stand (with a mesh material bridge hammock) at a garage sale for $30 a few years ago.
