Shouldn't be difficult to add an SRL and it would probably work with a Fronkey bug net.

But they completely missed one huge selling point ... no calf ridge!

It's notable there aren't many pictures of a person in it while hanging. And that one from the foot-end perspective I kinda don't believe.

I don't know how sturdy(or delicate) the HangPad fabric is- but I sure wouldn't get in it with my boots on like the female model did. Also, it seems like the hammock would be hot and stuffy in warm weather. Thumbs down on this one.

Hey, you gotta hand it to the guy for innovating on this (or, maybe they saw what companies like Superior Gear are doing and copied it). Still, I don't see this one taking off. I won't be buying one, that's for sure.

It is an interesting thought. Though the implementation looks poor. Why would an inflatable UQ not work? There would have to be careful consideration to the air baffles and how they are oriented for how you are going to lay. But it seems like it is not a horrible idea and could save weight and the cost of down is ridiculously expensive. Has this been tried and failed?

I can hardly wait until they come out with the matching inflatable TQs and rainflies!

Hot and stuffy ... and probably not breathable. Sounds like a giant sweat catcher!!

But that thought got me to thinking about the sturdiness/strength/weight limit as well. I wonder if it's strong enough for me and a few liters of water. During the hottest months, after a decent hike, I could imagine cooling off in my personal hanging kiddie pool, then simply tipping the hammock to dump it when done. A quick wipe with a micro-fiber camp towel before bed.
