WHen it starts getting hot in the south here, I never use one. When it is 95+ and humidity and 80% everything gets wet at night around here anyways.
About 75 and below I have to decide which one I want to take out with me. Mid temps or Low temps one.

Yup, It has just gotten way to hot this year for any summer fun stuff. Usually do a lot of outings in the fall/winter/early spring. Summer is not my favorite anymore unless I can get near a decent swimming hole.

My wife and I usually take summers off unless we go to the beach which is just a little further than the mountains. Got to get out somewhere! Got the urge! Come fall its all on! No snakes no bugs at least in the NC mountains then. We camp all winter long. That is our fav. We have a hot tent and wood stove for it, Soon to have a diesel heater.

Used one like that on a boat once. Work good until they clog up. Use 10 micron filtered fuel.
