Enchanted Forest made4good sleep. I’m glad I got out in woods with y’all. It’s great seeing hammock campers all awfully smart and good natured. All my joking was in jest and bears no relation to reality. Everyone I interacted with is top notch intelligent and a pleasure for me to pick with.
Jeremy your son Levi is a great guy on his first backpacking trip.
The runners camp graduation run, right through our camp made our coffee extra good. It’s wonderful to see young people having fun while completing a difficult running trek.
Surprise wonderful guest PappyAmos made our day.
Noob new friend Steve ‘Muzbrake’ is an experienced accomplished hammock camper and backpacker.
Michelle was astonishing in her energy and joy for life. Thank you Michelle and Tacoma for bring wood up from Tacoma’s house and parking lot. I didn’t think you would be able to get wet forest wood burning—-but guess what—you made a hot campfire. Hot enough for Michelle to cook on hot coals!
Good to see TitaniumPyro with fantastic stories.

Surprise new camper White Eagle made it to top to top off our fun group.

All in all, a very serene and calming outing with no cell service—Yay

Dutchwaregear bonded seam winter tarp with doors kept me high and dry.
Twelve foot ridgeline and width almost twelve feet— eleven and half feet wide. Rain was very hard, but very little wind—I was able to set this tarp with two internal pole mods in a Very Large Footprint!

This is best tarp I’ve ever owned!!! Thank you Dutch!

This tarp is also available in 11 foot ridgeline and more narrow widths, that many campers choose.

Hey all i made it home around 1 PM Sunday and spent most of the afternoon evaluating and what gear makes the cut. I want to thank all who attended you made this hang great; we stuck it out in the mainly rainy event. I am glad our small group left the Campsite before them storms came in Saturday afternoon. I hope they get the bridges fixed along the route before next year. Once again thanks all and see you next year. Hugs.

PS the hotel was great. Ha ha.

Eleven total campers, but we weren’t all there every day. If it rains——then we are really camping.
No bear was sighted! I had a blast!
