PG - I'll give this one some thought. My mowing contract got pushed backward two weeks but I'm having some major dental work done on the 12th so depends on that, the weather and if I can eat etc.

I could just bring pliers, a 5th or quart of Granny Clampetts rheumatism medicine and a hand full of painkillers. Just let yall pull the sucker.
I may have to bring ramen noodle's or soup and come on. lol
    Thanks for posting

Been watching the weather and looks like Friday is a wash out with T storms expected and showers extending overnight. I plan to meet up at Yates after lunch on Saturday (2pm?) and hike to camp with the intent of packing out on Sunday before rain is expected that afternoon.

Just sit right back and you'll hear a tale, a tale of a fateful trip, that started from Yates camping ground with a bunch of camping sh!t.
The mate was a mighty hammocking' lad, the trip leader brave and sure, 10 campers went walking that day, for a 2 mile hike, a two mile hike.
The weather started getting rough, their hammock tarps were tossed. If not for the courage of the fearless few their tarp stakes would be lost. Their tarp stakes would be lost.
They went to ground on the shore of this Dutchman's Creek campsite, with Iceman, Phantom Grappler too. Twistee, and his dogs, the Mooseman, the cf183 and Tom Tom, here on Beech camp isle.
So this is the tale of our derelicts, they're here for a long weekend. They'll have to make the best of things, it's an uphill climb.
The iceman and Phantom Grappler too will do their very best, to make the others comf'terble in their wetted hammock nests.
No phone, no headlamps, no camping chair, not a single luxury item. Like Shug on a frigid winter camp it's primitive as can be.
So join us here this weekend my friends, you're sure to get a smile, from seven intrepid hammock campers here on the Beech camp.
