Hey all, I joined the forum about 7 years ago but never really got too involved. I honestly forgot about this forum until recently. I've hammock camped on and off since 2016. I go back and forth on my shelter of preference between hammocks and tents on backpacking trips. I was pretty heavily involved with Youtube from 2015-2020 with backpacking and camping videos and I am good friends with Tim Watson (some of you may know him from Youtube). Everyone calls me Subaru Josh. It's not necessarily a trail name but just a nickname since there's multiple Josh's in our friends group.
Anyway, I miss the community within backpacking and camping and thought I'd get involved with forums again. I'd like to make it to a few meet-ups as well. Looking forward to good convo's.

What is Tim up to nowadays? Glad you're making a foray back into the forums. Depending on what part of Ohio you are in, it may be super easy to find a group hang to become reacquainted with hammocking.
