Location: Potawatomi State Park in Sturgeon Bay, WI (it's one of the FIVE state parks in Door County)

Dates: Friday, May 19 - Sunday, May 21st, 2023

Coming from Bloomingon!?! That's over a 5 hour drive! You might be the furthest travelled to the hang.

Quick question, you said that I will need a stand right? How is the ground for stakes, is it dirt or more sandy? I am thinking about trying a modification of a Tensa Solo stand?

If you have a stand, then bring it. I can't guarantee the trees there are strong enough for hammocks. The group site is covered in grass. A Tensa solo should work just fine.
