Blemish Sale

So last night I saw an email from superior gear about a blemish sale. I clicked the link and saw 6 hammocks to choose from. All the same issue, just different colors and 10 to 11 ft choice.
I hemmed and hawed a little bit as I'm thinking about getting the complete system soon. 27% off was a good deal though.

So i decided to wait. When i woke up this morning i jumped back on because i realized my mistake...... only one left. Naturally fear of missing out on the deal took over and i bought it immediately.
It's a 10 ft one, so i will probably eventually give it to my daughter but until i order my complete set up I'll be able to try this amazing system.

I can't wait to have a great winter hang soon.

Who else has those moments of missing out? Or did you order last night like a smarter person would have lol.

When I clicked last night around 2200 MDT there was two 10' 30*F models available. Ten footers don't cut it, nor does 30*F. I already own a 11' 20*F and checked out of curiosity.

I'd rather pay full price for a non-blemished item, but the lack of lead time is enticing....

That being said, I shudder at the consequences of a 2" opening in the bugnet zipper in some of the situations I go camping.

The lead time was so appealing to me that i took the dive. There were some 11 ft available last night, 30 degree at about 8 central.

The 10ft will be perfect for my daughter, and i have a feeling the 2 inch gap is probably located in the upper portions that are covered by other fabric anyway.

It's a start and now I'll have an extra one.
