Looks great Derch! Does it make the hammock feel restricted at all? Or does it just feel like a normal UQ?

Feels normal so far, I only laid in in for about an hour, and my sparrow I usually use is wider. So hard to say so far, but I did try pulling the hammock all the way apart at the center and I didn't see any restrictions

Maybe a dumb question, but could you add a JRB suspension to this and also use on other hammocks as well?

I have a 0degree and use it on a wide single layer, 11 foot. Hung last weekend for the first time in it, temp got down to 36 with 15 -20 mph gusts. Used a simply light eclipse 30degree top quilt, underquilt protector, and chameleon top cover. I was warm enough, although for some reason (likely didnt have the collar crimped enough) my outboard shoulder was a little cold at times. The underquilt does not have loops for any conventional suspension, instead it has two zippers, one for connecting to the hammock, the other to connect to top accessories like my top cover, or for bugnets etc. These zippers do cover the external D rings, and the hooks, so best to have a spreader bar if you need it (I have one for my top cover, but didnt deploy it, and was plenty comfy)

I seem to recall that Dutch does not personally like to use tie-outs but he DOES have them as a standard feature on the Chameleon. I assume this has to do with them being generally pretty popular. Maybe tie-out hooks should be either standard (or an option) on this UQ(?)

I'd also like to see gray being offered as one of the color choices.

I'm looking into getting a 40 degree underquilt for some upcoming trips. I'm hoping to use it bikepacking so packability is important. The zipper system seems like one of the best ways to stay warm in a 40 degree underquilt.

What do folks think of this underquilt and its zipper attachment? Is it revolutionary, am I missing out if I go for a higher fill power but conventionally suspended underquilt? Do the zippers add considerable bulk?

I have a 20deg nest as well as the chameleon 0 degree zip on, both seem to pack down similiarly. The zip on is superior in that no fiddle with sideward drafts at all.
