Another Great time at Hang Con. Thanks to all those that volunteered and pitched in to make this a wonderful time. The vendors again went above and beyond with their donations for the raffle. This event has come a long way since our first time at Buck Lake with around 30 in attendance. Thanks again! Already planning for next year. Peace.

Left Hangcon Sunday am. Hanging close to the lake, I had frost on top of the tarp and ice under. Stuffed in my empty (RTIC) cooler. Got home seven hours later, took out the tarp. Still had to shake the ice off. Thanks for a great time. Hangcon # 4 in the books!

My wife and I would like to personally thank everyone involved with Hangcon 23’. We thoroughly enjoyed ourselves and the food was awesome! 3 nights in the hammock was therapeutic. Looking forward to Hangcon 24’

My first group hang, and first Hangcon! it was relaxing. can’t believe i won a 20°UGQ Bandit with all the fixins. my 12yo enjoyed himself.

I think it was FlHanger that kept the fires going and we were grateful for that.

I didn’t meet a single rude person, and I finally got to see some turtle dog stands in action. Now I want to make one.

We also learned how to splice amsteel into continuous loops. I forget who led the morning session, but i think it was R&R Hammocks [EDIT: it was Hanging High Hammocks! I knew there was some alliteration in there!] very cool.

we stayed out in the primitive sites and it was nice, dark, and quiet.

This was my first Hangcon and I was blown away with how awesome everyone was. I arrived after dark on Friday (will never do that again) and left Sunday mid morning. We were set up in the primitive area. My boys are already talking about coming back next year. I wasn't really equipped for how cold it was so had to do some improvising but made it through fine.
