Looking forward to looking at some rigs for some inspiration.
More cooking and pot luck meals at Spring and Fall hangs
Doubtless there will be some pot luck and experimental menu items. Just not as much during Winter Hang. Mostly bring your own food, but likely to be some shared gastronomic creations Saturday afternoon and evening.

Since I’m permanently on break, I don’t cook much, but I usually have some edible snacks to share on Saturday. Seems like to me, I always gain weight while living off the fat of the land.
Make sure to pack your coffee, and water4coffee, and your alcohol stove, or canister stove and fuel

One time I forgot my coffee and nearly dried up and died, until DimJim, kindly offered his java espresso.

Can’t go wrong with any kind of meat and potatoes

Phantom - if the vampire Yeti from the Uwharries makes an appearance and bleeds you dry from below, should we leave your body hanging in the hammock?

Yes Twistytee, I was minding my own business, snoozing in my hammock. When I dreamed of Carolina Bloodsucker, a Yeti-like creature roaming the Uwharries. After sleeping late into the morning, I woke up feeling weak,
All my clothes were now loose and baggy, as if half my blood had been drained out.
I paid it no mind, had a few mugs of coffee and am back to my old self.

Yes Andy, leave my withered carcass in hammock, it will be a great ending!

I had to remove my name from the spread sheet. If someone could clean it up on a computer I would appreciate it.

I don’t think I can make it. Ga$ and food price$ too much at this time.

jeeplightning, take a look at what foods others are bringing for Saturday, on the Google Sign-up sheet, first post, for ideas.
Some cook on sight while others do the cooking at home and just reheat at camp.
I too will something make and joy in it's making

    Thank goodness!
I was seeing highs in the 40s with lows around 30 a couple of days ago.

I'm looking more at guylines and a tarp. Accuweather has a high of 50 Friday low of 32 with rain and wind gusts up to 33 mph. Saturday has 40 mph gusts with a high of 48.
