The poll appears to be a tie between Jan 20, 27 and Feb 3. Ten persons responded with two each on those dates and 4 voting for any of the above. I voted for January 27 initially and then voted a second time for any date just to access the results. Hopefully we will have some colder weather around the average low of 21 in Arcadia for January.
To allow a possible return toward normal lows and to allow scheduling time, I suggest we look at the date of January 27. Please reply if that date will work for you. Due to Twenty’s contacts it appears we might have a much better attendance this year.

I am officiating a swim meet that weekend. However, I would be willing to hit this up on an open weekend if anyone else has it open in November.
I would like to know what the date is by this Friday so I can put in my PTO request for that Friday
It seems like the 27th is good for most. Understandably, folks need to make plans so let's lock it in as the weekend of the 27th with Feb 3 as a backup just in case some hazardous driving weather moves in which would substantially cut attendance on the 27th. Everyone cool with that? Spread the word... we have a date!
