Looked like a perfect start to the winter camping season

    Thanks for sharing the adventure

It's not to arrive safely at the grave in a well preserved body,
But rather to skid in sideways, totally worn out, shouting,
    Woo Hoo!....What a Ride!

Cool video. Hammock is the way to go out there because that snow looks deep.

Shug you are the #1 inspiration for me to get out in the woods in my hammock alone. I've done a few nights here and there with buddies but never felt like I could do it on my own, or if I'd go stir crazy alone. I've had the toughest year of my life this past year and the bad news is still rolling in so I made a promise to myself that in the next 3 weeks I'm going to spend at least 1 night out in the woods with just my thoughts. I would never have considered it if I hadn't gotten hooked on your videos, I don't have the best gear but I'm gonna use what I have and see how it goes. As always thanks for being the godfather of good vibes! Whoooo buddy

Just make sure you park close to where you camp the first time alone in case you want to bail. But make sure to hike in a mile or two. It is good to be alone with just yourself. Bring a book or something to escape your own thoughts. Go slumber early...EARLY.
Just try a night and see how it takes. Count your blessings and don't dwell on the bad. It is good brain training. Bring good food!!!!
