    Half wit question

Does anyone know if the half wit has internal d-rings, for example to connect a peak shelf?

Mine doesn't, but I'm fairly certain they could add them if you ask.

I have a Chameleon with no quilt hooks or side pullouts that they made to spec for me.

Thanks. I found an old thread discussing storage options in the Half Wit and it seems a Dutchware style peak shelf won't work because the ridgeline is above the net. I have a few other ideas in mind to try out once my HW arrives and I have some time.

Ok, I didn't realize the peak shelf attachment involves the SRL. Sounds perhaps easy enough to stitch in some little plastic clips or some such.

That's the one thing I don't like about the Half Wit, that it isn't compatible with a ridge line organizer, which is the only storage option I use for a few small items like headlamp, eyeglasses and ear plugs. All else goes into the pack that hangs off the CRL at the head end of the hammock.

My thought was to try stitching a loop for an SLD zip it peak bag.
But I have to admit this is the biggest puzzle about this hammock to me.

Well, you can use a ridgeline organizer, it'll just be outside the bug net. I guess that'll work for most things I'd need to store. In my other hammocks, I've got a couple of toggles on prussiks on the RL that I use to hang a small SLD utility pouch (just slide the toggle through the grossgrain loop on either end). I think I'll sew a couple of those or some other sort of hook in the head end to hang that pouch from. That would let me keep my phone, charger and a few other necessities nearby.

We don't put it on the Half wit but it can be added custom if requested.
