Hammock Gear Winter Palace - Damaged

I have a 3 year old winter palace with pullouts set up for a bridge hammock. The peak delaminated and the fibers separated on one end. I did apply a patch to it when I noticed the tear out on a trip. HG has stated it is not repairable.I did not use it much as I have an injury and don't use it car camping. I thought it might still have value to someone that may want to shorten it or use it for other projects. I guess could remove the doors and make it shorter.
