Had this about a year. The hammock itself has been slept in 4 nights, the pad's got 8 nights on it. Purchased it without the tarp. After the last use, I notice the stitching from the ridgeline to the hammock body (which is more cosmetic than functional) on one end had come undone. I contacted Haven's support and they sent a replacement body, which has not even been out of the bag yet. The only issue other than that pulled stitching is a broken buckle on the strap that holds the pad to the hammock's stuff sack. If you plan to use that buckle, there's a webbing strap with the same size hardware that you could repurpose.
