Feet Tingly - almost falling asleep

The last couple times that I have napped in my hammock, I wake up and my feel are almost asleep…

Its this part of calf ridge or does it sound like something else? I do feel some pressure on my left calf but not painful or sharp but both feet are almost asleep…

Any ideas?

Try putting a small pillow or folded fleece blanket under your knees the next time you desire a nap in your hammock. If your feet wake up at the same time as the rest of you, then you'll know that your previous experiences were slowly cutting off fluids to your feet.

You may also want to consider whether your foot end is either not high enough, too high, or not close enough to the tree (not the right angle). I've found that a good 8-12" higher on the foot end seems to be the ideal for not experiencing what you are talking about.
