Ok, Sous Vide beef loin and bought rolls and horse radish for Thursday night sliders.
Oh, MAN!!! We've spent the last week perfecting horseradish sauce. I like how you think!
Cody and I have been shot down for this trip. My son ran up against some family challenges and we are here to help with that. My health has taken a dive the past few days, too, so it's going to be better for Cody and I to stick closer to the house.
We're missing you guys already!
Is there a plan for Friday night's dinner or are we all doing our own thing? I'm happy to make pizza for everyone, but if there is a plan in place, I'll go with the flow.
