Hello from MN

Have been hanging for a decade in MN, mainly on kayaking trips. Now (after retiring) branching out into thru hiking and setting myself up with a lighter hammock. Currently using a Warbonnet XLC with the Hammock Gear DCF tarp, a fan of DCF tree straps and Beckett hitches for suspension. The lighter the better.

Welcome ccrowhurst. Just wanted to offer that "lighter" is "better" except when it is not. With respect to my own hammock set up, "the more comfortable the better".
