I guess it's allright for my first DIY UQ project.

From what I understand this concept is a so called sookie type UQ, i.e a synthetic wookie.

I used 200gr Apex, and 2 layers for torso area. Compared to other sookies you can find online, I turned the insulation "blanket" inwardly, between regular hammock and between the 2nd hammock, that holds the insulation blanket. A rubber band keeps a slight tension so it presses against your body from underneath. It gets warm quickly. Some said this wouldn't work because of too much compression, but it works just fine actually.

It looks much better if you don't have the insulation plastered on the outside. Didn'tt like that idea.

The windproof fleece is awsome. One day we had 35 knots of wind, and I had a comfy afternoon nap.
