I had my first trip of Fall 2022 last weekend in the SC mountains. As I was laying in my Sparrow, enjoying the quiet and Fall weather, I realized I've had my Sparrow for 7 years now. It has been by far the best and most reliable piece of gear I have ever owned. As anyone who owns a Dream Hammock knows the quality is unsurpassed. Thank you, Randy and team, for countless nights in the woods and some of the best sleep of my life. Your hammocks are the best!!!

I only have a freebird but I love it. Nice and light when I dont think bugs will be an issue and I love the AirWave fabric.

I agree, I have a Darien I've spent many nights in, and it is still the best night's sleep I've ever had outside. No issues, it's held up very well, and I hope to use it for many years to come!

My Goto at home most nights is a Freebird with some years of age on it. Still goes to deer camp, on occasion, when I get a chance to stack quilts.

    It's my second one!

Glad to know your Sparrow is still going strong because it bodes well for my Darien (MTN 1.7, then called Robic) which will soon be 5 years old and remains my favorite and most used. Although I used SLD TreeRunner (Hexon 1.6) a lot this year when bugs weren't a problem.

The best part is the Smurf-recommended width of 64" for my desired length of 10'. That was perfect for me right from the git-go and darn if that isn't just as groovy when Jared at SLD made the TreeRunners to those same measurements.

It's not 100% yet, but it looks like we will not be able to make it down to Hangcon this year.

I am in my third year sleeping in my sparrow as my number one hammock at home and out camping.

sometimes I get lazy and take one of the others, but the sparrow is what I like to call my "magical healing capsule".
