... used to climb 85-foot tall pines and hammock camp in the tree tops at altitude.
I've tried the search and looked thru the gallery but had no luck finding a picture or his HF name. My google-fu sucks.
I hope he just had to go off to college and did not have time to play on forums anymore.

There was a guy called Gem Cutter, or some such that did some tree climbing. Also an arborist or two.

I've done it a few times. As an arborist I'm used to being in the trees. Shug is right about Treefool, he has a YouTube channel and does a lot of tree camping.
