I have the Zenbivy Bed which is the middle of the three styles. Still backpackable but not as light as the Light Bed.

Planning on being there.
Looks like I can make it. Coming solo this time most likely.
Lighter Knot express coming to Yates!

Excited!
Looking forward to it!
I too will something make and joy in it's making
We might get some guests from
Uwharrie Retro Hike
Or some such hiker organization
When me and Twistytee, were backpacking we saw Kyle and Mike and Jake and Chris.
Also I saw Kyle and Mike two or three weeks ago at Crystal’s Place (the new shelter)
Their hiking organization is having a 40? mile retro hike. I think they will start at 24/27 Trailhead Mt Gilead
They are having their hotdog supper at Yates on Saturday afternoon-evening
Although you might get a leftover hotdog,
Do Not Expect To Be Fed
Extend to all a hearty welcome.
I believe Kyle or Mike’s wife is going to set up her cooking for Retro Hiker group Saturday before hikers arrive.
I think they will camp at Yates Saturday night. Sunday morning they will drink some coffee and continue on with their Retro Hike
Their hiking group will have about 20 hikers
These are good people even though some are hammock campers. Be forewarned some of them are accomplished liars.
They should fit right in at Yates
I reckon some Retro Hikers might camp at Crystal’s Place Saturday night before continuing Northbound on Uwharrie Trail
LONG range forecast...subject to change at a moments notice mind you.
