It was good to see some old friends. Short day trip with the wife for her first time there. Spent her money and enjoyed the drizzle. Next year, back to normal—-I hope.

Great to see old friends and meet new people (and dogs). Thoughts on food: next time I'll skip the For Sale barbecue and use that money on raffle tickets, so it will still go to a good cause. Many years ago, Kanguru treated me to the Festival BBQ, and it was great. He's gone now, and the official food hasn't measured up since, but what a feast you HF cooks put on Saturday evening! I sampled 4 or 5 dishes, and wish I could have tried the rest. Everything was spectacular. Thanks.
I'm glad people had a chance to try out the PBH. I got good feedback, and will continue to refine the design. The aim is still to make it easy to build and, of course, very comfortable.
I won the red hat in the raffle, took it home and cut 3" off the top to make it fit well. Whoever got the green one, you could do the same. Look closely at the material. It's a laminate of two different polyester fabrics, and it's a high quality, packable, winter chapeau, now that it fits.
It's safe to talk about the weather now.
Enjoyed the hang met new friends seen a few old ones I haven’t seen in a while the extra night was fun and mild temps after it stoped raining
Not all those who wander are lost
