Self Constricting Hitch for Peggy Peg

I'm going to try Peggy Pegs for anchoring my Tensa Solo. Tensa says to use a self constricting hitch with the Peggy Pegs. I can guess what a self constricting hitch is, but I'm not very familiar with knots and hitches and I'm not sure what would be a good self constricting hitch in this case. Any recommendations? I do know the bending knot, or round turn with 2 half hitches, does it qualify? Thanks!

The most basic one is a bowline.

    Bowline is not a constrictor.

OP might add to the list slipped buntline hitch which is a constrictor but also super easy to tie and release.

Thanks very much for the replies. I use the slipped buntline for my tarp, learned it from the Warbonnet video on tarps. I assume then that the slipped buntline is strong enough to use for anchoring a Solo, and it's not just a lighter load hitch? Thank you.

I use it (slipped buntline) for tying my suspension webbing to the tree, so yes it can handle quite a load.

Stick a bend of the guyline though the loop on the end of the guyline. The bend is a self-constricting loop. No knots needed.
