    It doesn’t work well with buckles, but I use the 2in wide version for my straps with whoopie slings or becket hitch. It flattens back out fairly easily.






    I believe the 2" stuff RSBTR is 4.4 g/ft

    Following up, I received these quickly after ordering, although it appears they're now out of stock... returning (?!) hopefully at some point because they are a viable option for Kevlar. IF they become available again.

    I used them recently for a local overnighter and they worked well for me using the Lapp hitch to attach to hammock, although the width of the material might make other knots such as Becket and J-Bend more difficult to tie to the CL. Seems as if tying a MSH for a toggle shouldn't pose a problem, but I didn't try that either, although it would probably make a nice fat knot for the CL to rest upon.

    The weight for the pair of 10-footers is a very respectable 77.3g. I think I'll add some Amsteel Evo loops, however.
