Anyone ever hang in Glacier National Park? How was your experience? Going to be there late June and trying to decide if it’s worth it with the grizzlies and their other friends.

Didn't hang, but did have some form of rodent find its way into a locked car and chew into several unopened bags of trail mix and other assorted snacks.
Luckily the bears we saw (3) were from our car while driving. Though I did have my life flash before my eyes when I heard the thundering footsteps of something running towards me while I was looking away. I got my head turned just in time to see a marten stop in front of me and then I felt something go right between my legs. My hiking partner confirmed it was a rabbit, though I only felt it and never saw it.
Hopefully someone will chime in on the possibility of using a hammock there. I definitely preferred Avalanche campground to rising sun as the spots seemed more spaced out relatively.

We camped at Two Medicine and Many Glacier campgrounds. Many trees in the campsites to choose from. Also fire rings and the store sells firewood, chocolate and wine(Mrs Dust was happy after that)
I went to Glacier in 2017 on a motorcycle trip. We camped in Fish Creek CG. It was a beautiful spot, and there were several suitable trees to hang from. Be smart, and bears usually aren't a problem. We didn't see any on our trip. We did see a mamma grizz and her cubs in Yellowstone.
Hey Chuck I taught you better than that.
