    Military Hammock

Anyone have an interest in historic/military hammocks?
I just picked up an M1965 special forces hammock that I may be offering up w/ our other vending stuff.
If there's an interest I'll start a For Sale listing w/ details before putting it out on the tables.

This sounds like the sort of thing a local military museum would love to have.

Wish they were rare enough for that. There's no shortage of them out there.

In my experience working for Uncle Sam....most military gear is heavy, though usually durable. I've got a bunch of it in my shed for a while longer....(c'mon 20...) and the only thing I pull out to use when I go camping is the current sleeping bag system, which is fairly decent.

No one sits around talking about that trip where it was 76 and sunny the whole time.
