I've finally finished the tensegrity frame for the hammock
I've read a few posts and copied ideas from lots of you, but I'll be honest I can't remember your names!
I've used EMT conduit for the four legs with a mix of 20mm and 25mm. 25mm in the centre for strength.
All I have to do is make or buy a decent hammock, but might have a go at rigging up some suspension so I can use an old hammock that's way too short, just to test it out.
One silly question I have is whether I'm better putting the anchor lines straight down or further out. The anchors are large orange screw anchors.
Apologies for the state of the finish, I'm happy with it, but know it's miles short of everyone else's standard. But to be fair most DIY jobs I do I'm sure everyone else wonders if I read the instructions on which end to hold the hammer or screwdriver 😁
