I’m still not sure what type of polyester fabric I like yet, there are so many fabric choices…
I think that for now I will stick with what they have on hand and then venture into different fabric options in the future.

They do seem very accommodating at DH, though. Depending on what’s available, I’m sure that they could swing it!

[QUOTE=Snow Leopard;2073555]Interesting. And you don’t find it too stiff or anything? Sounds like a nice combination.

    /QUOTE]

I don't don't find it too stiff, no. It does have a surprising amount of stretch actually. I really like it but I have nothing to compare it to other than a dumb ENO DN. I advise taking whatever DH/Randy advises and I'm sure you will like it. Don't overthink it. He has good descriptions of the fabrics and how they perform, on the website.

The 2.2oz Hex70-XL is intriguing. Seems super supportive and durable. I’m going to keep it in mind for my next hammock. Also the 1.7oz MTN XL.

And I have a similar hammock as you, a double wide parachute nylon hammock. I like the feel of the fabric, it feels slightly brushed (probably because it isn’t weaved on a ripstop grid), quite soft to the touch. It’s best for lounging or as a backup/loan hammock.

You’re right, and I’m trying not to. Everybody has been helpful, and now I just want to try as many different types of hammocks as I can!
