Has anyone attempted a DIY version of the YOBO Cricket stand?

Well, it doesn't telescope, and weighs 3x as much, but only cost about $50: The Twerp Stand. Poles could probably be cut and couplers used, but that would increase the weight several pounds. No idea about weight limit, I'm about 200 pounds.

I'd been thinking of making a DIY version of the Cricket before finding out about the Tensa4. Here are my sketches describing the components. I may go back to it at some point, but there are so many unfinished projects ahead...

Thanks Ibgary for the Kelty Tent pole set up, and I am glad to hear it works. Also, thanks for the great picture! It has everything and is in a gorgeous spot. Probably cool enough so there are no bugs, and there are probably fish in those waters. It convinced me that I need to plan some hammock time for the near future.
