    Suspension Options

So this past summer I rocked a HH Hyperlite on the AT and loved it. I clearly think the blackbird is a better hammock and will be ordering one anyday now. I was looking at the two suspension options and wondering for those of you who have them about what everyone uses.

My HH I had to tie knots and was fine with it. Is it a similar setup to my HH if I order the line/strap suspension? If so, I'll order the slightly lighter one as I felt quite comfortable typing the necessary knots on my HH. Any help, ideas, telling me I'm dumb is helpful.

    Thanks!

the slipped buntline that is recommended for the line/strap is alot quicker to tie/untie, if you were fine with the fig 8 lashing, you'll be fine with the slipped buntline. if you look in the more info link in the section that talks about suspensions, there's a link to a diagram of the knot
