Hi from the beautiful Allegheny National Forest 😁 What a great community here! I started hammock camping about 8 years ago. I love the freedom to go anywhere that it allows. My family has slowly been seeing the advantages and making the switch as well. Last year we had 5 adults and 3 kids hanging by labor day. Looking forward to expanding my horizons 😁 My grandson and I are hoping to get out and try some winter camping for the first time, and I'd like start utilizing my SUP and do some overnighters on the reservoir. Looking forward to new people, experiences, and LOTS of hang time!

Welcome to the forums from just north of you in Buffalo. Another group hang that's even closer to you is Mid-HHA. They usually have a summer and winter group hang. Summer hang has been at Minister Creek last few years. Great group of people, and always a good time.
