Been locked up in your house to long, is winter getting to you (or lack thereof)? Well then get ready because, here we go again! The dates have been set. Scrub your boats, gather your fishing gear, grab your swim suit (or not); it is time for some fun in the sun. We again have Pine Beach as well as island view; and this time we have included Little Bay for our reserved sites. Tommy Thompson State park is situated in beautiful north central Wisconsin on the Peshtigo Flowage. The park is home to many trails and a great fishing habitat. A state park pass will be needed for parking which is allowed at the boat landing regardless of weather you have your own boat or not. Here is a link for the park where you will see maps as well trail descriptions etc. Expected costs are to be $10 per person for the weekend. State Park pass is needed in vehicles and parking will be at the boat landing within the park. A bundle of wood may be appreciated and can be purchased at the park or surrounding area.

***Please note that this hang is limited to occupancy due to park regulations. We have a limit of 18 (6 per site).***

Side Note!! Is there any interest in group meal planning? It was given a little attention in regards to group dinners; I am curious if this is something we all would be interested in.

We had 54,800 views last time, so sign up early and reserve you spot.

    Hey Brian,

Sorry but I won't be able to make it this year. Our office staff is down to 1- that's me. So have a great time- looks like you might be getting a storm again this year.

I edited the master calendar, I'm only going to be there one night. i plan on coming up early sat and leaving later on Sunday. its always a struggle trying to manage my 2 weeks vaca with my paddling/camping plans and my wifes, who also paddles/camps. FYI If it is going to be blistering heat, i my not get up there. my old body doesn't do well with upper 80's - 90 temps with high humidity, lets hope for a little cooler temp.

From re-reading all the posts, it looks like the put-in is at 'Caldrun Falls reservoir South Bay#13, not Boat Landing #8. Is this correct? #8 looks to far from the canmpsites

Couldn't locate any good maps, but I should be fine.

Try this map and, yes, it's Boat Landing 13.
