    3-4 day Central Florida route?

Looking for 7-12 miles / day w/nice water availability for Jan / Feb. I do NOT want to hike thru much water though. So whatcha like?

    Thanks folks.

+1 to this. Did a 3-day trip from Alexander Springs to just north of Hopkins Prairie on the Florida Trail in January of '18 and it was fantastic!

Start at Green Swamp East the Hamton Tract. Spend the first night there. Maybe at the Mott Hammock site. Second night at Gator Hole in Green Swamp West. Third at Concession Stand. 5th would be High Bluff which I haven't made it to yet. There are other primitive sites scattered along the Florida Trail on into Richloam. The section we have done, twice, from Gator Hole to Foster Bridge is some of the most varied terrain in central Florida.
Most of us end up poorer here but richer for being here. Olddog, Fulltime hammocker, 365 nights a year.
