I bought a dutchwear hammock at the beginning of summer and my goal was to live a year outside in my hammock.

LOVE this hammock as it's really huge and has plenty of space.
However, I think the wind hated it as last night when I came back to the tent it was totally destroyed.
I don't think it's the fault of the hammock really, I was camping on the top of the mountain and the wind was pretty high yesterday while I was in town.
I think the problem is that it's open on one end and essentially forms a kite.
I think the only REAL way to solve this could be with doors so that the tarp is completely blocked form the wind. It would keep me warmer too.
